Detailed Description of our Chapters Program
The Let's Defeat Bullying chapters program is an opportunity for members of Gen Z to start a publication in affiliation to Let's Defeat Bullying. Let's Defeat Bullying chapters will be regionally based, focusing on the happenings within their location. The publication will discuss bullying related current events around them, talk about mental health, partner with local schools, as well as spotlight anti-bullying advocates in their region or school who are making a change in the world.
Let's Defeat Bullying is creating the LDB Chapters program to help more passionate advocates (aged 13-24) get involved in anti-bullying advocacy, mental health awareness and activism. The chapters will be centered around community, showing the unity against bullying. The profile pieces should be a vision to the future, showing this generations advocates. These chapter accounts will be an homage to the beginnings of the Let's Defeat Bullying account.
The infographics created by Let's Defeat Bullying chapters will also be reposted to the main Let's Defeat Bullying account, so as to give it greater coverage. Chapters are also encouraged to lead events and partner with schools, under Let's Defeat Bullying.
To reiterate, the Let's Defeat Bullying Chapters are a regional opportunity from LDB for more members of Gen Z to get involved in anti-bullying advocacy, mental health awareness and activism, allowing the youth to shine a spotlight on what we are looking forward to seeing around the world.
